Willow with Umbrella WOJ Challenge #64

Here I am wishing for Spring again and the beautiful flowers that will bloom in May. In searching through my  Whiff of Joy stamps I found Willow with Umbrella that had not been inked yet. I couldn't believe my eyes because I thought I inked up a page of the new stamps as soon as I got them. What memories she brings of the smell of warm spring rains.
The paper is from Paper Pizazz Vintage Pad that a friend just gave me (Thanks Diane). I fell in love with the design and color of the paper and sure wish I could find more vintage paper similiar to this. The base of the card is made from Bazzill (Peas) paper and the matt is Deep Blue from Creative Memories.  I used a combination of Distressed Ink Faded Jeans and Milled Lavendar for the background behind Willow. Flowers were made from that wonderful vintage paper and a MS branch punch. Embellishments are Dew Drops and Stardust Stickles. Below is a picture of the copics used:

Thanks so much for stopping by to visit. Please leave me a comment so I can hop on over to your blog to see what's new. I read each and every comment on my posts and I sincerely appreciate all the kind words of inspiration.  See you again soon!

Fabulous creation Carol - the colours are gorgeous. Love the Willow image and those stunning flowers.
Hope you are well, and snow-free! (Spoke to my niece in Charlottesville yesterday, and they still have lots of snow apparently).
