Anything Goes In January at CCAYR

Welcome to our first challenge for 2013 at Christmas Cards All Year Round - Anything Goes.  Sure hope your holidays were splendid and you are refreshed and ready for this new year.  We can't wait to see what inspiration you will create for our challenges and wish you the best of luck.  Our wonderful new team has some really tasty eye candy for you so I hope you will stop by their blogs and let each one know how special they are.

Wanted to start out the new year with something I had not tried so I chose to make my first shaker card with Li'l Montana's Christmas Print by Elisabeth Bell from Whimsy Stamps.  I know I'm behind in techniques but I'm getting
  • K & Co designed by Elizabeth Brown
  • Dies - Marianne LR0135 (icicles) and Spellbinders Labels 1
  • Green German Glass
  • Gems from stash
  • Stardust Stickles
Challenges I am Entering:
Whimsy Stamps - Anything Goes as Long as it's Festive
Marianne's Design Divas - Winter or Christmas Themed Creations
Christmas Card Challenge #6 - Rip It, Sand It, Tear It
Be sure to stop by the CCAYR blog for some gorgeous inspiration by our 2013 team and meet our new team mates.  They are really starting off the year with some beautifully creations!

Thanks so very much for stopping by and I sure hope to see you again soon.

G'day Carol, Boy oh boy girl have I had a wonderful time catching up with your blog. Each card that I viewed blew me away with something that I've not seen before. The green glitter used in your shaker card using the very cute image from Elizabeth Bell. - Stunning! The very pretty 'Fairy Faye Make a Wish', the square doilies and your clouds technique - Fabulaous! (Yes, I'm so glad that Christmas is over for another year and I like your goal for the year to label your posts this year. I might have to oink that one to use myself.) The flower soft looks amazing on your 'Danny Boy Jingle Bells' card and I do like your sparkles on the reindeer and snowflakes.
Your colouring just gets better and better (if that possible) and I can see that you have built up a lovely selections of copics.
I hope that all is well in your neck of the woods. I am well in health and doing my best to survive this heat wave that we are having.
Lots of Love and Friendship
*Laughs* oops got carried away with the comment.
