Anything Goes at Christmas Cards All Year Round in July

Can you believe it is almost July 4th?  Where has this year gone? Each year seems to get shorter and shorter.  Won't be long and we'll be wishing for summer again.

This month I've created a card using a pre-colored image by Kris of Imagine That! Digis by Kris. I've used Red Nose Reindeer and you can get it here. Thought some of you that don't color but like to make cards could see what you can do with pre-colored images. You can be just as creative as if you colored the image yourself. So go ahead and get crafty and join us this week at CCAYR with Anything Goes as long as the theme is Christmas.

Here is the inside of the card:

I love these little reindeer's and hope you enjoy what I have shared with you today.

The trees are die cuts from Magnolia dies with SnowTex for snow affect; the DP is from a paper pad by Authentique; Spellbinder Scalloped Circle dies were used to cut the main image; the snowflakes are from a punch by Martha Stewart with Stickles added for glitz. I still love the glitz!

Hope you can join us at CCAYR this month for the July Challenge. Be sure you hop on over to the challenge blog to see all the amazing creations by my wonderful teamies.

Challenges I'm entering:
Crimbo Crackers - Anything Goes
Christmas Card Challenges - Anything Goes
Craftyhazelnuts Christmas - Use a Sentiment

Thanks so very much for stopping by and I will be around to visit you soon.

Let's Hear It For The Boys

Been having a wonderful time coloring and playing in my little shack the past few days.  Needless to say, I've fallen in love with little Tommy -Tell Tale of Ice Cream from Elphine House Australia.  He is colored with Copics on Neenah white card stock and matted on SU Old Olive (I have no clue the name of the orange).  The DP is from the Bo Bunny Ad Lib Collection.. The additional ice cream cones are from one of Elisabeth Bell's collection for WOJ that I've also colored with Copics.  I've used a previous sketch from Wags and Whiskers that I just couldn't pass up using but too darn late to enter the challenge.....BoooHooo

The new challenge at Elphine House Australia is "Let's Hear It For The Boys".  You have until March 4th to enter using any Elisabeth Bell image from any source.  We'd love to have you play along with us and can't wait to see your amazing creation using the theme "Let's Hear It For The Boys".  Be sure you stop over at the challenge blog to see what gorgeous creations my team mates have to inspire and share with you.

Challenges I'm entering:
Gee, it seems like forever since I've chatted or shared much and tonight is a slow night so I'll share a funny story with you that I'm sure most of you can say, "yep, been there"....LOL  I had this card all done and decided it needed a couple of ice cream cones.  I just knew I had some already colored somewhere in my stash, but after looking for about an hour, no could find.  Next step was to try and find the darn stamp.  Another  almost 2 hours going through all of my EB stamps before I finally found it, then had to stamp and color them.........  Do you have any idea how many stamps I've found that haven't been inked yet????? OMG,  it's scary!  Think I may just get them all out and stamp them then there will always be plenty to color when I get in one of those coloring only moods.....LOL

That's it from me for now.  I want to thank you for stopping by to visit and hope you will come back again soon.  Have a fantastic week!
