Anything Goes at Christmas Cards All Year Round in July

Can you believe it is almost July 4th?  Where has this year gone? Each year seems to get shorter and shorter.  Won't be long and we'll be wishing for summer again.

This month I've created a card using a pre-colored image by Kris of Imagine That! Digis by Kris. I've used Red Nose Reindeer and you can get it here. Thought some of you that don't color but like to make cards could see what you can do with pre-colored images. You can be just as creative as if you colored the image yourself. So go ahead and get crafty and join us this week at CCAYR with Anything Goes as long as the theme is Christmas.

Here is the inside of the card:

I love these little reindeer's and hope you enjoy what I have shared with you today.

The trees are die cuts from Magnolia dies with SnowTex for snow affect; the DP is from a paper pad by Authentique; Spellbinder Scalloped Circle dies were used to cut the main image; the snowflakes are from a punch by Martha Stewart with Stickles added for glitz. I still love the glitz!

Hope you can join us at CCAYR this month for the July Challenge. Be sure you hop on over to the challenge blog to see all the amazing creations by my wonderful teamies.

Bingo at Elphine House Australia

We have such a fun challenge for you at Elphine House Australia this fortnight.  Let's play "Bingo"!  Use any THREE in a row.  I used Die Cuts, Flowers and Ribbon.

My internet is finally fixed and I sure hope it stays this way.  Not only has it been challenging to comment and visit but I've spent most of the last 3 days on the couch struggling to breath with all this humidity and feeling my heart going 100 mph.....  Oh if only I had listened several years ago and quit smoking sooner.  I know, I did it to myself, it was never going to happen to me!!! If there is anything I can ever do to help just one person quit smoking, for sure, I'm here to help.  Don't be another one of those people who says or thinks, "that won't happen to me", because one day it will.

Think I must be going though Christmas card withdrawal as I haven't made any for over a month. Here it is almost July and I'm way behind on getting my cards made.  I hope you like this cause I sure had a lot of fun making it.

Recipe:
Image: Ebony Christmas Snowflakes, Elphine House Australia - Paper Pieced
DP:  Bazzill Palo Verde and It's Christmas Time by Maja Designs
Dies:  Magnolia Doohickey Trees, Memory Box Tiffany Frame and Cherise Label
Misc. from Stash: SnowTex, Lace, Prima Flower, Stickles, Shabby White Fran-tage, pearl string, LLC White Shabby Seam Binding

Bring On The Bling at CCAYR

Can you believe it's March 1?
OMG, this year is going way too fast for me.

Our challenge this month at Christmas Cards All Year Round is to make a card with lots of sparkle and bling.  This can be glitter, pearls, Stickles, gems or anything else that sparkles.  It can't get much better than this fun challenge and I so hope you will join us this month.  You definitely want to see all the gorgeous and glitzy Christmas cards by the design team so hop on over to the BLOG and be sure you leave them love for all their hard work.  They really have some spectacular cards to share with you.

The DP is by Authentique and it's the first time I've used any of the 6 x 6 package.  I really love how they work together to give the card more dimension and color. The matting and card base is Cranberry by CM.  This adorable image is from LOTV and is a topper that I got from Hobby House.  Added Star Dust Stickles to the snowflakes and Christmas Red to the beautiful Poinsettia made from Spellbinders and Cheery Lynn dies.  I thought the teeny heart brad from my stash just gave it that little something extra special for those snuggled up bunnies under the tree.

Our Prize this month  is sponsored by Platypus Creek Stamping & Craft
