While celebrating Independence Day here in America (July 4th) I want to salute, thank, and acknowledge all the brave service personnel from all branches of the military that strive to protect our rights and freedoms in accordance with the Constitution so diligently written by our forefathers. This includes retired service personnel and their families along with those that have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms and all true patriots of America.
If you haven't read the Declaration of Independence and the US Consitution or The Bill of Rights, please take the time to read it so you will understand what this country is suppose to be about and the true meaning of patriotism.
The challenge this week at For Fun is show YOUR patriotic pride, regardless of what country you reside in, and share it with others.. Please be sure to visit the other members of the design team to see the pride they share in their country: Lisa (USA), Amelia (South Africa), Mary (USA), Pauline (Australia), Tracey (England), Helen (USA).
We can't wait to see your creations and the pride you have in your country.
