This has been a whirlwind week to say the least. There are 3 unfinished missed challenge cards laying on my desk, the house is a mess, hubby has not had a good week, and I could go on and on, but in a lighter note, here is my card for
MITA/PCC. Don't you just love this paper and the serenity of the ocean and the colors. Completing this card gave me the peace I needed to unwind and get focused again. Thanks so much to Nina May for this beautiful digi dove with fuschia. Can't wait to see what she has for Monday.
Decided to make my first easel card so that all of the pattern from this beautiful piece of DP would be seen. DP is from my stash and I sure wish I could remember where I got it and could get more. The flowers, swirls, and pearls are from my stash. Matting is Bazzilla. Sentiment is from JustRite and I used a Spellbinders die for matting. Stickles were used on the end of the fuschia flower. Of course, I don't color without my Copics, shown below. One of these days I'm going to find a tool that let's me place my objects on straight.....lol
Well, that's it from me for now. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope to see you again soon. Sorry I haven't been visiting lately but I promise to stop by to see everyone later tonight or tomorrow. With any luck I'll get those missed challenged cards done to share. Please leave me a comment so I don't miss getting to your blog to see what's new and to gather some of your fabulous inspiration. Have a fantastic holiday!!!
